Today, Boss XXL celebrates the birthday of Jesse Wesley Williams. Williams is best known for his role as Dr. Jackson Avery in the ABC hit TV show, Grey's Anatomy. Before choosing a career in acting, Williams taught American studies, African studies and English at a high school in Philadelphia, PA. Williams began his acting career after he was chosen to participate in the New York Actors Showcase presented by ABC Television. Williams was chosen as one of 14 actors from over 800 individuals who auditioned.
