Today, Boss XXL Style celebrates music legend Sting. The British singer, songwriter, actor and activist was born Gordon Sumner. Before moving on to his solo career, Sting was the front man for the famous rock band The Police. The group has won six Grammy Awards and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Music Hall of Fame in 2003. Sting, as a solo act, has won 10 Grammy awards. As an activist, Sting has received some of the highest appointed honors including Commander of The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire for services to the Music Industry.
